Situated directly on Lake Ginninderra promenade over the wetlands and between the University of Canberra and Belconnen town centre. This complex is a stone’s throw from the lake walking track, nature reserve and the amenity of Belconnen lake front. We funded 15 boutique apartments along with 2 commercial shops with project partners Duffy Kennedy.
